You have a 15 day window after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (fitting is obviously ok).

Returns
To start a return, please go to our contact page and email us with your information and the product name and price. If you have any questions you can contact us first there too.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. If approved, you’ll be refunded via PayPal™ or Zelle®™.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
